Where is my game saved?
On your device only. There are no accounts. To move a game to a new phone, use Settings → Save → Export on the old phone and Import on the new one.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop (from the Company tab) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
Why does Coinline ask for my location?
Only to put your game in your own city, once, using approximate location. You can say no and pick a city from the list. See the privacy policy.
My city isn't available
At launch, Coinline has detailed data for nine cities, and we're adding more areas. If yours isn't ready yet, choose one of the nine. Your game plays the same way.
Did my machines keep selling while I was away?
Yes, for up to 72 hours (longer with some upgrades). When you come back, the machine counts the coins and shows a "While you were away" receipt.
A place on the map is wrong or shouldn't be there
Places come from open map data. On the spot's card, use Report this place to hide it in your game, and let us know so we can fix the data.
Ads
Coinline never forces ads. You only see one when you choose to watch it for a reward, and a one-time purchase removes ad offers.
